At Blueair our HR Team is quite small but very devoted and is the ones who are responsible for managing the employee life cycle. For us at Blueair that includes handling employer-employee relations, talent acquisition, payroll, training & development, onboarding, and many other exciting areas.
Included in the HR Team is also our Office Manager who handles all daily operations with our office. Our Office Manager is the one making sure we have everything we need such as great coffee, office materials and snacks/breakfast etc
