Background & Purpose of the Job

The Global Digital Content and eComm Experience design manager will support Blueair’s Global eCommerce & Digital team and will be crucial to ensuring brand growth across the global including North America, Europe and Asia. As shopper journeys evolve, you will be the key to ensuring that we deliver best in class content to the right shoppers at the right time.

Core Responsibilities Include:

CONTENT

·         Build industry leading digital content that maximize engagement and conversion across channels and retailers

·         Develop and execute operational process (collection, storage, dissemination) to ensure all digital content is made available to eCommerce customers and markets in proper format on an ongoing basis

·         Identify gaps in existing content and action workflows to improve

·         Own digital content briefing for all global campaign toolkits and innovation launches

·         Evaluate content syndication partners across markets

TRACKING AND GUIDELINES

·         Lead the creation and delivery of eCommerce content guidelines and drive continuous improvement

·         Routinely audit content and deliver improvements to content tracking across markets to ensure a consistent brand experience globally

USER EXPERIENCE

·         Partner with product development and IT teams to enhance digital user experience capabilities, including app, website, customer platforms and social and support customer teams on implementation

·         Assess evolving technologies such as AR/VR to drive deeper experiences 


What You’ll Need To Succeed

 

Essential Qualifications

·         Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field

·         3-5+ years experience in digital marketing for a global brand or with an agency

·         Ability to analyse & interpret consumer, retailer and shopper insights to drive content creation

·         In depth understanding of digital media ecosystem and best practices

·         Basic understanding of user experience design best practices for web and mobile and SEO

·         Happy to pioneer new ways of working in a small entrepreneurial team

·         Experience in managing multiple senior stakeholders & translating requirements into execution plans

Desirable Experience

·         Familiarity with design software (Adobe creative suite or similar)

·         eCommerce Content deployment experience

·         Global country management experience
