Global Service and Repairs Manager

Global Service and Repairs Manager

Blueair is expanding the Product Marketing department and is looking for a Global Service and Repairs Manager who will build Blueair´s Global Service and Repairs program.

As the Global Service and Repairs Manager, you will be the link between Blueair’s global functions and local Service and Repairs teams. You will ensure that the required processes, policies and knowledge is available within the organization to provide world class service to our consumers.

The role includes working close to product managers, engineers and customer support to make sure Service and Repairs related assets are developed and available at the time of launch and throughout the products’ full life cycle.

An important part of the role is to develop and run the Blueair service technician training program that will ensure that Blueair’s products will be serviced and repaired in a correct and safe way.

Responsibilities

·         Develop and maintain processes related to Global Service and Repairs

·         Build, implement and run the Blueair service technician training program

·         Ensure that training presentations, service guides, troubleshooting guides and spare part lists, etc are developed and communicated

·         Collect information and data from the local Service and Repairs teams and share this with relevant global functions

·         Collect needs and requests related to Service and Repairs from the local Service and Repairs teams and share this with relevant global functions

·         Responsibility for building and implementing the Blueair spare part program

Qualifications

We believe you have a University degree in Engineering or similar followed by 5+ years of experience from managing Service and Repairs work in a global setting.

This role belongs to a person with documented experience in working with service and repairs related questions. The candidate has a good technical understanding of hardware and software and the motivation to develop the tools and assets that Blueair’s internal and external partners require.

Since an important part of the role is to develop and run Blueair’s Service and Repairs training program, communication skills and a passion for presentation and education is essential. 

We believe you work proactively and can listen and understand the support needs of partners and Service and Repairs providers.

We wish to have team player for this role. Experience in working with Product Life Cycle Management applications is desired.
