Background & Purpose of the Job

What You’ll Do

Business Operations
You will partner with cross functional teams to lead monthly business reviews for Amazon US, Canada and Mexico. This includes competitive tracking, forecasting performance, profit management, and project management. In this role you will embed better analytics into the business teams by standardizing measurement and root-cause analysis to respond in real-time to business tailwinds and headwinds to grow faster.

Amazon is Blueair’s biggest eCommerce customer in the US, and a global digital leader with over 300MM shoppers in 11 markets worldwide. You will partner with Amazon to roll-out a JBP (Joint Business Plan) that measurably improves selection, operations, go-to-market planning, execution, and innovation.

Deliverables include:

  • Manage at least one direct report and build out team structure as we grow
  • Author the growth tenets, strategic roadmap, and lead joint business planning presentations with customers
  • Daily operations with customer cross functional team to deliver the business KPI goals
  • Develop a three-year financial model and growth plan, complete with Sales, ROI, and opportunity analysis
  • Orchestrate critical product launch, marketing activation, and next gen digital platforms

What You’ll Need to Succeed

·         2+ years of high performance in eCommerce sales, marketing, finance or ownership

·         Demonstrated ability to turn data into insights and actions

·         Top notch negotiation skills and sharp financial insight are critical

  • Proof of strong judgement, drive, and influence is a must
